Shipping Policy

All orders in the contiguous USA are processed within 1-2 business days from order receipt and processing by the corporate office. However, during periods of peak demand, orders may take up to three business days to process and dispatch.

Normal order processing and shipping operation hours are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays normally ship on the following Monday.

Our fulfillment center is based in Jacksonville, Florida. Generally all shipments will reach their destinations within 3-7 business days from the time of shipping. All customers are encouraged to place orders 7-10 business days ahead of when items are needed in order to ensure timely delivery.

Once orders are shipped, tracking information is sent via email with estimated arrival date. Since we rely on third party delivery services such as USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx, delay in shipping is beyond our control. During peak demand period, deliveries may get delayed.

Orders over $75 are shipped free to all USA addresses in the Contiguous United States.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $5.95 via USPS (3-7 business days delivery) .

UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping is available for a flat rate of $12.99.

Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories, we charge $12.95 flat rate for USPS Priority Mail Shipping for all orders.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Depending on the destination, orders can take between 8-14 days to arrive.

Please keep in mind that we are US based business and customs fees do apply depending on the destination country. You may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that sometimes carriers do change their international shipping policies, in which case, some of them may charge customs fee.
