I’ve been using this since April and yes it does work. But I have a complaint about it. The products effect-ness wears off before you finish the bottle. I’m now on my third bottle and still have two others that have a lot of product in them. Once you get about 60% of the way to the bottom it’s clearly noticeable that the product literally STOPS working. A new bottle works greats and does treat acne but like I said the product loses its potency rather fast. My acne will be at bay while using this…until I get further down the bottle and then bam breakout central. That’s literally when I know I have to order a new one. I saw a very popular esthetician recommend this but she then posted a few months later about the problem I’m talking about and no longer would recommend the product. She also said a lot of people were complaining about the same issue. She now recommends something else over this. Don’t get me wrong I love the size for the price but it’s literally pointless if you can’t even get through a whole bottle before you have to order a new one. This bottle is designed to last, shoot at least 3 months. But the ingredients are not made to last that long..clearly. I would probably recommend packaging them in smaller bottles with a price to match. That way at least your getting through the whole product before it expires. Its honestly just a ton of wasted product. I hate to say it but this might be the last time I purchase this and move on to something else. It’s a great product and will help you for the first month.

I used this lotion in combination with the AHA body wash from Mario badescu and the AHA+ 10% glycolic acid lotion from acne.org. I was so close to making a dermatology appointment because I was so sick of the painful, nasty looking cysts all over my back, but within a few weeks of using this combination of products the cysts were gone. I use the body wash every day, and after washing I alternate between this lotion and the glycolic acid one I mentioned before every other day. The glycolic acid is very exfoliating and brings existing acne to the surface so it can heal faster, and this benzoyl peroxide lotion kills the bacteria causing the cysts and is also anti inflammatory. I'm so happy I discovered this product, definitely recommend it for people suffering from hormonal acne.
